This page is used to add or edit course information
Course Name - The name you want to assign to this golf course. Typically you would use the course real name.
Address Info - The address of the golf course
State - The state of the tournament. Select *Not Applicable for courses outside of the United States.
Phone Number - The phone number of the golf course.
Tees and Related Hole Par/Handicap Scores - This grid is used to create, edit, and delete par scoring for each tee type that you plan to use. You can optionally also enter the handicap ranking for each hole (1 through 18). For example if there are both Gold and White tees, then create a separate row for each. The following information is required for each tee.
Tee Name - Unique name for the tee. i.e. Red, Blue, White.
Tee Rank - An optional numeric number used to control the order that tees are listed within a course.
Par-Handicap Scoring - The par score for each hole. You can create anywhere from a 3 hole course up to an 18 hole course. You can optionally include handicap ranking by entering the par score, a dash, then the handicap rank. In the example above the Gold tee uses par scoring only. The White tee includes handicap hole rankings. Scrolf can apply handicapping to stroke-play events if handicapping is specified in the course setup and in the tournament setup.
Course Rating - This is an optional input and is not used in any calculations. It is made available in the clubhouse leaderboard export spreadsheet.
Slope Rating - This is an optional input unless you will be using player USGA Handicap Indexes in which case it is required. This is the USGA Slope Rating for the specified tee. If players will not be using handicaps or will be using course handicaps, then the slope rating is not required.
