This page is used to manage a tournament both prior to its start and during the tournament round.
There are several sections of the dashboard and they are each outlined below
Links - Several links are provided in order to refresh the current page, edit the current tournament's setup, edit alerts and ads, or edit contests.
Tournament Status - Indicates the status of the tournament round from a billing perspective. If additional credits are required, the number of required credits will be displayed along with a link for purchasing those credits.
Tournament PIN - Each round of a tournament is assigned a PIN. The PIN is only used if the tournament manager has selected any of the tournament PIN options on the <Tournament Information> page.
Round - If this is a multiple-round tournament, the round number of the current round will be displayed along with an option to switch the dashboard to a different round.
Leaderboard Alert Message - This shows the tournament wide leader board message that the tournament organizer has setup under <Alerts and Ads>.
Scoring Requests - If security is set to "high", then players can use their mobile browser to request to be a scorer for a particular grouping. Those requests are put into a queue that is displayed on the dashboard as follows:
You should either approve or deny the requests and then process them. If approved, then scoring credentials will be emailed out. If denied, then a denial message will be emailed out.
Unsent Scoring Credentials - If security is set to medium or higher, it is possible that the unsent scoring credentials grid will be displayed as follows:
This grid shows the email addresses that you have setup as team scorers but have not yet sent out. You can check all (or some) of the listed items and send the scoring credentials out to them. Once they have been sent, they are removed from the unsent queue.
Options for Resending Scoring and Leaderboard Credentials - If there are no items in the queue to manage, then a link will appear <Options for Resending Scoring and Leaderboard Credentials>. If you select this link something like the following will be displayed:
You can use these functions to either resend scoring credentials or to send leaderboard viewing credentials to specific email addresses.
Mobile Leaderboard Link - Link for viewing the leaderboard for this event. Can be used on either a mobile device or a laptop.
Clubhouse Leaderboard Link - Available for stroke events only, this link is used for viewing the detailed leaderboard for this event. It is designed for larger displays like a laptop or clubhouse TV. This leaderboard automatically scrolls and refreshes approximately every two minutes so there is no need to click the refresh link. There are various options (displayed under the leaderboard) that can be set for your event to customize the type of leaderboard you want to display. There is also an Export function which will export a very detailed scorecard for each player to a spreadsheet.
Clubhouse Flights Leaderboard Link - This link is only available for stroke events that are using the flights option. It is used for viewing the special flights display which shows a separate leaderboard for all the flights at the same time (they are stacked vertically next to each other). It is designed for larger displays like a laptop or clubhouse TV. This leaderboard automatically refreshes approximately every two minutes so there is no need to click the refresh link. This leaderboard is limited to displaying a maximum of 6 flights! Options: To display a fixed banner at the top create an ad for hole #19 (under Edit Ads/Alerts). Sponsorship ads will also display. To turn off sponsorship ads, change the "adid" parameter to zero "0" (adid=0).
Edit Contest Results - If contests have been created for this event (and round), then this link will be visible. Click on the link to edit/delete/add contest results.
Tournament Scoring - The tournament scoring grid shows the scoring occurring on the course for each team/player or team match-up. You can optionally edit the scoring but be careful that you don't override scoring that is occurring during the match on the course.
